Facilities Hire

The Equestrian Centre has some wonderful facilities which can be hired by clubs or individuals outside of the College. You can hire our indoor school and outdoor ménage, as well as dressage boards and show jumps. Stables can be rented for the day, or for overnight stays. We can also look after your horse while you are away on holiday! A massive investment has been made by Bridgwater College in resurfacing our outdoor ménage for our outdoor riding service - so come along to give it a try!

Indoor school
£14 per hour for one horse
£20 for two or more horses, per hour
£130 all day hire

Ménage
£14 per hour, for one horse
£20 for two or more horses, per hour
£130 all day hire

Both schools
£175 all day hire
£100 half day hire (four hours)

Please note that over 5 hours hire of both schools will be deemed as all day hire.

All day hire is for 8 hour period, normally 9am - 5pm. Hire outside these times must be approved by the Equine Yard Manager or his representative at the time of booking.

This includes the use of all jumps/dressage boards and electricity for lighting. There will, however, be a breakage charge should any equipment be broken or damaged. Customers are asked to please ensure that horse manure/droppings/loose hay are cleared away from the car park and riding facilities at the end of your lesson/day. Failure to do so, may incur a charge of £25.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings will be charged the full rate unless four hours' notice is given for hourly sessions, or one week notice for daily bookings.

Birthday Parties
Whether you are young or old, have you ever fancied taking your friends for a riding lesson as part of your birthday party or any other celebration?

It doesn't matter if you can ride or not, we will give you and your friends a birthday party you will never forget! All members of the party must be over the age of 10.
